Works on the Estate
The Little Midhurst Estate was built in the mid 1980’s so much of the infrastructure is well over 30 years old. We are planning and implementing a range of maintenance works across the estate, from the fencing, paving, drains to the trees and gardens. If you see anything you feel needs attention or repair, please get in touch.

Fencing, posts and gates - Update June 2023
Timber parking posts and post and rail fencing are to be replaced across both estates, the work is planned week commencing 12th June 2023.
Drainage across the estate - Update June 2023
Drainage works have started in Poplar Way and will continue into Barlavington Way shortly.
The Trees of Little Midhurst - Update June 2023
In Little Midhurst, we are fortunate to have a diverse range of native trees, featuring a variety of species. All the trees in the area are protected by Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs). Currently, we are assessing which trees require immediate attention, and this work will be scheduled soon. You can find the location of each tree on the LMML Plan, which is available on our website.
