Management of the Estate

Since September 2024 Little Midhurst has been managed by KTS Estate Management Ltd (KTS), overseen by Little Midhurst Management Ltd. In May 2025 residents voted in favour of terminating the contract with KTS and returning management responsibilities to LMML.

The handover has now taken place and KTS are no longer the managing agent for the Little Midhurst estate. As of now, LMML are dealing with all matters previously outsourced to KTS.
