
Our Committee
The committee of Little Midhurst Management Limited is made up of volunteers whom are both shareholders and residents of Barlavington Way and Poplar Way. They work together to administer the tasks required to meet the remit of the company, looking after the estate and supporting fellow shareholders and residents.

Marc
Marc moved to Little Midhurst with his wife and two young children in 2019 after leaving the Royal Navy in which he served as an Aircraft Engineer. Marc now works as an Operations Manager, overseeing the testing and introduction of new fleets of trains across the UK. Marc is a self described ‘details’ person and is looking forward to getting stuck in with the committee to help ensure that Little Midhurst continues to be a great place to live.

Mimi
Mim moved into Little Midhurst in 2023 from Croydon in Surrey. She has 3 grown up children and 2 grandchildren. Mim joined the committee in December 2023 to help out where she can. Mim works full time as the Head of HR & Operations for a charity in central London where she's been for 9 years. Previously she's worked in several charities and private companies in similar roles. Mim looks forward to helping our little community be attractive and well looked after.

Alayne
Alayne moved to Little Midhurst in 2022. She is a registered British Sign Language Interpreter, freelance. She has two adult children and has three grandchildren. Alayne has previously been a Director for a management company that handled her development, in Hampshire. Keen to share her experiences Alayne looks forward to working with fellow Directors and residents of Little Midhurst.

Andy
Andy moved to Little Midhurst in July 2023 with his partner Rachel and her son Robert from Northamptonshire. They love Midhurst with its quaint old buildings and of course its beautiful surrounding countryside. Andy has worked within several small to large manufacturing organisations, specialising in after sales services, support roles, and has worked within projects and operation departments. He is a member of OBOD (Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids) so has a strong belief in respecting and protecting the natural world. He hopes to support the Directors, the committee and everyone in Little Midhurst.

Tom and his family have lived in Little Midhurst since 2009, appreciating the friendly, helpful neighbourhood spirit and peaceful surroundings. He currently works as an Operations Manager at a local landscape consultancy practice, where he originally qualified as a Chartered Landscape Architect. He looks forward to supporting the committee using his experience and technical expertise.
