A copy of accounts for the last 3 years can be downloaded whilst requesting an FME1. Please note these will not be audited as Little Midhurst Management Ltd is exempt from requiring audited accounts.
Only deeds of variation in respect of section 121 of the Law of Property Act 1925 will be considered. Costs are payable by your client.

Little Midhurst Management Limited (LMML) are not responsible for the building management of leasehold properties and as such cannot process LME1 requests. These must be obtained directly from the building manager for the property. Your client should be able to direct you to the building manager as LMML do not hold any details of these for leasehold properties.
Little Midhurst Management Limited issue an annual charge to all properties proportionate to the total expenditure incurred, or to be incurred, by the Amenity Company in and about the performance of its obligations.
Please note, the terms "Rent Charge" and "Annual Service Charge" are used interchangeably.
All properties are subject to restrictive covenants. Please ensure your client is fully aware of the implications of these and agrees to abide by them before purchasing. These are contained within Parts I & II of the Third Schedule of the deeds, a summary of which can be found here*.
The obligations of Little Midhurst Management Limited are contained within Part II of the Fifth Schedule of the deeds, a summary of which can be found here*.
Note: If, under a Lease, a Deed of Covenant is required to be served on the Landlord then LMML does not require a copy of this.
*Summaries must not be solely relied upon and should be read in conjunction with official Title Deeds.
LMML do not hold originals or copies of any share certificates.
To allow a new share certificate to be issued upon completion of a sale, LMML will require the original share certificate to be returned or suitable indemnity to cover a lost certificate. A new share certificate will be issued once this has been received, along with notice of transfer.
The cost of a share certificate / notice of transfer is £80.
